bus shuttle to Lecce then by train or by bus (recommended).

until Bari, then highway E55 until Brindisi, then SS16 until
Maglie, then follow:
a) Poggiardo, exit Giuggianello and follow signs to Minervino;
b) Otranto, exit Palmariggi and follow signs to Minervino
